The accommodations are spacious and modern, with a well-appointed business center that catered perfectly to my work needs. During my recent stay, the location proved unbeatable, just a short walk from major shopping areas and a subway station. The staff provided outstanding service, particularly a team member who went out of his way to assist with our needs. While room service was convenient, it was quite expensive, and the bathtub-shower combo made showering a bit tricky due to the high edge. Nevertheless, the array of delicious food options, including delightful cakes, made dining memorable.

The food at the hotel was a culinary delight! Breakfast at the Westin Club was a treasure trove of deliciousness. They provided takeaway goodies that were superb. The location was spot-on too, just a hop away from tasty joints like Sinseon Seolleongtang and Sushi Cho, making my foodie heart sing.
The high bar prices really hit hard, and I found calling for room service a bit annoying despite the 'do not disturb' sign. Plus, no designated smoking area?

Spent a memorable 5 nights at the Westin Josun in Seoul. The staff impressed me with their friendliness and politeness, always eager to assist. My Deluxe King Room offered spacious comfort, and the bed was incredibly cozy. The location shines, being close to major attractions and dining spots. I appreciated the daily spa access that helped relieve my tired muscles after long days of sightseeing. Breakfast was great, although I noticed coffee lines could get long during peak times, causing some inconvenience. The hotel decor feels a bit outdated, especially the bathrooms, which could really use an upgrade.

Great location and awesome breakfast
Had a 4-night stay with my family. Check-in was a bit slow, and the executive room felt kinda outdated. The bathroom could use a standing shower, and there was a stain on the toilet seat, which was a bit gross. But the service more than made up for it! Breakfast on the executive floor was super nice, way better than the crowded main restaurant.
